 * We cannot always ensure a successful repair as we are not aware of the following conditions:

 - The age of the console(s)/product(s).

- Your surrounding environmental conditions i.e. Humidity, Temperature etc.

 - The procedure you follow to use your console(s)/product(s).

 - Any Physical or accidental damages.

- Water damages.

* We operate a NO FIX NO FEE service. In any circumstances, if we fail to repair any console(s), any employee(s) or Games Master SHOULD NOT BE held responsible for dismantling your consoles.
